In store terrible service

I was at the Silverlake store in Los Angeles two times looking to buy a pair of glasses. The gentleman who was working at the store had a terrible attitude and made my girlfriend and I both feel extremely uncomfortable. He was not helpful at all and almost dissuaded me from purchasing the product due to his behavior.
