Carlo D DHL is holding package in USA Customs because package was missing FDA required information to clear customs. Emailed customer support and they told me to contact DHL, who then told me to contact Retrosuperfuture. No response to multiple emails, 1 302-200-4833 under "Contact Us" never has any support agents. I tried calling in 3 different time zones CET, PDT & EDT on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Each day that passes it gets closer to Customs getting ready to send back for shipping. The customer support for this company is disgusting.
