Ordering
1. Orders
If you’d like to place an order, please select the products you’d like to purchase, as well as the product size, then add items to your cart by clicking on “Buy”. You can find all your selected products by clicking on “Bag” in the top right corner of the screen. Please make sure that the items in your cart are in the desired style, color and size before proceeding with the purchase.
When you’re ready to complete the order, please click on “Checkout” and select your preferred “Checkout Method”. Once you’ve filled in the requested information, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to complete the payment. You can either pay through your Paypal account (if you have one), or pay with your credit or debit card.
After you’ve completed the order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed.
An order is completed only after the payment has been processed and you’ve received the order confirmation email. Please note that by placing items in your cart without completing the order, you are not reserving the products and these could be purchased by other users in the meantime. If you’d like to secure the desired product, please complete the order as soon as possible.
After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been accepted. The email will also contain further information about the dispatch time, the essential characteristics of the purchased products, including a detailed breakdown of the price paid for each product, and delivery costs and details. Please not that orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
Please make sure you provide the right delivery address before confirming your order. If you’d like to change the delivery address, you will need to cancel the original order and place a new one.
If delivery details are missing or are incomplete you will be asked to provide these within 15 days. If we don’t receive the information during this period, we will cancel your order and issue a refund, after which you can place a new order on our website.
If you’d like to cancel an order, you can do so easily before receiving the second email that contains the shipping confirmation. If you’d like to cancel it after that, you can ask for a refund. For more information about refunds and changes please read our Withdrawal and Return Policy.

2. Prices and Payments
Please note that all prices are subject to changes. Please be aware that listed product prices may not include taxes, depending on the country of destination.
Although we have taken all reasonable care to make sure that prices advertised on our website are accurate at the time of publication, a small number of products may be mispriced. Any changes will be outlined in the order confirmation email, including the shipping costs and applicable taxes depending on the country of destination.
We take the best possible care to make our website secure. All payments on our website, including credit and debit card transactions, are processed through Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Shipping information
We aim to deliver our products within 4 working days from the order date. Unfortunately, occasionally you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific country of destination. These include national holidays, strikes, or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we might be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments inside the European Community take about 2/3 working days from the shipment date; shipments to the rest of the world take about 4/5 working days from the shipment date.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Before signing, we recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to issue refunds for claims (for example empty packages) that are not reported immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.

1. Withdrawal and Return Policy
You can cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. You can return the whole or any portion of your order. If you’d like to return the products and request a refund please contact our customer service at support@retrosuperfuture.com
After the return has been confirmed by our customer services via email, you should send the products back to us within 14 days. Unfortunately, we don’t offer free returns. Our customer service will give you further details about the best way to return the products in order to reduce the time and cost of shipping.
Please note that all products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with all the accessories present at the time of purchase. If the products are not returned to us in their original conditions, you will liable for any damage to the products. Please make sure you return all the items in their original state in order to avoid incurring any charges.
2. How to Return Goods
If you’d like to return an order, please have your purchase order number at hand when contacting our customer service.
When preparing the return the package please make sure to place the products in their original box, to include all accessories and information material, and to attach a copy of the return acceptance email. Please place the original box in a protective carton package suitable for shipping. This will ensure that the products are returned in their original state and avoid incurring any charges for potential damage.
Once the products are received, we will refund your order. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you directly. If the package gets lost or is delayed, we may have to withhold the reimbursement until we receive confirmation that the products have been received. The order will be refunded using the same means of payment as your original purchase.

A It is not possible to purchase corrective lenses on our website however, we do offer this service at our flagship store in Los Angeles.

Quality & Care
Entirely handmade in Italy, our glasses are produced by some of the world’s best eyewear manufacturers, known for their experimentation with new production techniques, finishings, materials and detailing.
1. Materials
Each Retrosuperfuture® product is made of two basic structural pieces: the frame, which can be made entirely of cellulose acetate, entirely of metal, or a combination of the two materials, and top quality lenses. By teaming with exclusive lens companies like ZEISS and Barberini, Retrosuperfuture® eyewear was added a layer of quality eye-protection perfect for an extended everyday use.
2. Function
Sunglasses are meant to protect your eyes from UV radiation and potentially harmful glare. UV radiation is extremely dangerous both during Winter and Summer months; glare, on the other hand, reduces the clarity of vision and can cause headache and severe pain for the eyes. Sunglasses with high quality lenses can reduce the light energy that reaches your eyes, protecting you from harmful UV rays. All Retrosuperfuture® sunglasses are clearly labelled, specifying lens category rating—from 0 to 4. While eyeglasses can be worn purely for fashion purposes, their primary function is to correct the wearer’s vision. Corrective eyewear is usually used to alleviate the effects of nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hypermetropia) or astigmatism. Since the corrective eyewear needs to be worn for long periods of time, optical frames need to be comfortable, lightweight, resilient, easy to use and clean. Retrosuperfuture® optical frames are all carefully designed to be worn throughout the day, ensuring optimal comfort and wearability without sacrificing their aesthetics.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance
All eyewear should be frequently cleaned and upkept to preserve their original characteristics and functionality. Your eyewear should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly under running water and dried with a soft cloth, usually provided with the glasses. We do not recommend wiping the lenses with a cloth while dry, since dust can be abrasive. To preserve the lenses and the frame, never lean your glasses upside-down and keep them in their case in a dry place when not used. Never leave your glasses under direct sunlight in a non-ventilated space since it will likely cause irreparable damage.
4. Fitting
Glasses are one of most commonly used pieces of medical equipment, and therefore should be perfectly comfortable and easy to wear throughout the day. All Retrosuperfuture® glasses can be shaped to fit your individual needs. The arms of all Retrosuperfuture® frames have a metallic core, that can be easily adjusted to fit your particular face shape. These adjustments can be made bu your nearest optometrist. For acetate frames: the cellulose acetate is a malleable material that can be modified and shaped through time to fit your size and use. If your glasses tend to slide out of place, hurt your ears or are crooked, you can take your eyeglasses to an optometrist for adjustment. For metallic frames: metallic frames can be adapted to your individual needs by tightening or widening the silicon nose pads. If your glasses tend to slide out of place, the screws on pad arms can be tightened with a small screwdriver. To find the perfect fit, the silicon pads can be pushed further apart or closer with thumb and index finger. These adjustments can be made by your nearest optometrist.
