You can cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours emailing at support@retrosuperfuture.com
You can return the order with shipping costs at your expense within 14 days. Once the item is received and checked, you will receive a refund and then, you can order a new item. In order to receive the return authorization, please use our Returns form and follow the instructions.
After the return has been confirmed by our Customer Service, you should send us back the products within 14 days. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Please note that all products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with all the accessories present at the time of purchase. If the products are not returned to us in their original conditions, you will liable for any damage to the products. Please make sure you return all the items in their original state in order to avoid any charges. The refund will be issued on the payment method you used during the checkout upon the quality check process of the returned item by our team.
