The RSF / Andy Warhol twelfth collaboration, Bubbles was born and inspired by a drawing created by the master of Pop art in the 1950s when Warhol was amongst the most coveted commercial illustrator in New York City.
The black and white checkered base is a work of the highest quality craftsmanship on acetate material, the result of a process of pairing the different colored acetates, fused together at a very high temperature to form a single frontal frame.
