warped frame. submitted a return request on 11/1 and still waiting to hear back(You will receive an email with further information on the next steps after it is reviewed within the next 2-3 business days) it's been way past 3 days and this entire return/defect product/customer service has been retarded. I wish I could give this company -5 stars. I also purchased the Ciccio mustard seed and they came with a tiny bit of what looks like touch up piant on the frame... sooo I didnt bother to return them but when paying roughly 200 you shouldn't be receiving sunglasses that are touched up. lol smh.... unreal.
